The Service
Kvik is an AI bookkeeping assistant provided by Fakturos I/S (CVR 45962245). Kvik performs bookkeeping tasks in your Dinero account via phone calls and SMS. Kvik is an automation tool — not a bookkeeping system. All accounting data remains in Dinero.
Subscription and payment
Kvik costs 299 DKK per month excluding VAT. Payment is charged automatically via Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can receive a full refund within 14 days of signing up if you are not satisfied. Contact us at info@fakturos.dk.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account page or Stripe billing portal. There is no commitment. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service for the remainder of the paid period.
Dinero access
To use Kvik, you must grant access to your Dinero account. Kvik only performs tasks you request via phone call. Upon cancellation, we revoke all access to your Dinero account.
Limitation of liability
Kvik is a tool and does not replace professional bookkeeping or audit advice. Fakturos I/S is not liable for bookkeeping errors caused by incorrect information provided during calls. You are responsible for verifying bookkeeping in Dinero.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
